Antinuous

Life sciences and drug discovery

Screen thousands of compounds and targets in code before the lab.

Antinuous scores large compound libraries against a target in parallel and builds target cases from papers, ChEMBL and trial registries. Predicted scores are labeled, and each fact links to its source.

Build a case for a drug target

Genetics, biology and trial records sit in many sources, and the review is hard to audit.

You ask

Make a target dossier for LRRK2 in Parkinson's disease: genetic evidence, protein structure, known compounds, and every clinical trial so far.

What it does

  1. Searches PubMed, NCBI Gene and UniProt for the gene's function and disease links.
  2. Reads the key papers in full and follows their citations to earlier work.
  3. Adds structures from PDB and AlphaFold, known compounds from ChEMBL and trials from ClinicalTrials.gov.
  4. Checks each fact against its source before it lands in the sheet.

You get

A sheet with one cited row per finding and a 3D structure view.

Evidence for a target comes from several linked sources.

Who it's for

Medicinal chemistsScreen compounds against ChEMBL and PubChem data before you buy.
Target biologistsCollect cited evidence for a drug target in one sheet.
Protein engineersView RCSB PDB and AlphaFold structures beside your evidence.
Competitive intelligence analystsTrack competitor programs and trial results on a schedule.
