Antinuous

PhD research

Rerun your analyses across every reasonable model choice.

Antinuous maps the papers around your question, reproduces published results and reruns your analyses across every model choice. Each result is code you can check line by line.

Use cases

Reproduce a published result

Methods sections leave out details, and shared code may not run as written.

You ask

Reproduce figure 3 from this paper using the dataset and GitHub repository linked in its data availability statement. Note every place where the paper and the code disagree.

What it does

  1. Antinuous reads the paper and the linked repository with read-only access.
  2. It writes a replication plan that lists each step, input and expected output.
  3. It loads the dataset you provide, runs the analysis in its workspace and compares the output to the published figure.
  4. It records each mismatch with a link to the paper section or line of code involved.

You get

A notebook with the rebuilt figure and every difference from the paper.

A replication traces the published figure back to its paper, data and code.
