Antinuous

Medicine and clinical research

Test hundreds of trial designs before enrollment.

Antinuous simulates many trial designs and power scenarios at once and screens literature for systematic reviews with a log of each decision. Each number links to its study or the code that produced it.

Watch for new safety reports on a drug

Side effect reports keep arriving in public databases and journals, and someone has to check often.

You ask

Each month, check FDA's public adverse event files and PubMed for new reports of liver injury with my drug, and summarize what changed.

What it does

  1. Downloads FDA's public quarterly adverse event files into the code workspace and counts reports for your drug.
  2. Searches PubMed for new case reports and studies.
  3. Re-runs on your schedule and updates the sheet when counts or papers change.
  4. Notes that a report does not show the drug caused the event.

You get

A sheet with report counts over time and new papers flagged.
